Equitable Leadership Program is a program created to enhance the leadership of Ecuadorians from the professional practice of equity and inclusion. This is the first free program created by national and international experts in collaboration with Inspira Ecuador of the Embassy and Consulate of the United States in Ecuador.

Equitable Leadership Program - 2nd Edition

Today's world demands understanding better ways to collaborate and become a woman. Equitable Leader! If you are a woman living in Ecuador, apply to win a full scholarship in this hybrid program created by national and international experts, Ambassadors of Team Matilde.

In this edition we will have a hybrid modality, so you must:
- Comply with each of the levels in our virtual platform
- Attend face-to-face classes in Guayaquil 5 times (one day of each week of the month of April and the first week of May)
 

People who successfully complete the program will receive a professional certificate issued by the TecnolĆ³gico Universitario ARGOS, headquarters in Guayaquil where the face-to-face classes will be taught.

In this edition, the Equitable Leadership Program will have the support of the Guayaquil Mayor's Office for Women. It is the first Directorate for Women at the country level, and which was born in a pandemic context, for the implementation of projects with a gender approach. One of its programs has been recognized by UNICEF

Our scholarship holders, mentors and Team Matilde Ambassadors will be able to receive a variety of gifts from Inspira Ecuador, Team Matilde and our sponsors. In addition to some additional prizes once the program is completed.
