Equitable Leadership Program is a program created to enhance the leadership of Ecuadorians from the professional practice of equity and inclusion. This is the first free program created by national and international experts in collaboration with Inspira Ecuador of the Embassy and Consulate of the United States in Ecuador.
People who successfully complete the program will receive a professional certificate issued by an Ecuadorian Higher Education Institution.
It's time to bet on creativity and innovation and move our country forward, exercising fair and inclusive leadership!

Jodie Padilla, José Sagarnaga and Carmen Padilla were responsible for providing this specialized training on equity and inclusion. They are all international speakers, university professors and have had the opportunity to work in the public and private sectors, NGOs and civil society organizations.
